The success of the business venture contemplated to be undertaken by the franchisee, is speculative and depends on the ability of Franchisee, as an independent businessman and his/her active participation in the daily affairs of the business.

Q. As a franchisee, shall I be trained and my employees as well?

Franchisor will make training available to Franchisee and to all of his/her employees, and must successfully complete the program and familiarization course prior to opening of the franchised outlet at the franchisor’s branch for a period of one (1) month.

Q. What are the criteria in selecting a site for Rai Rai Ken?

Foremost, the prospective site should be located, preferably ground floor in a high traffic commercial/ residential areas accessible to both pedestrians and motorists, at least 70 to 120 square meter.

Q. Who looks for this site?

Our prospective franchisee should look for teh site based on the site selection criteria established by Rai Rai Kenand will assist you in evaluating and determining the potential and the viability of the prospective location. The franchisor may also look for the site and subject for the approval of the franchise applicant.

Q. Where can we purchase food materials/ supplies?

All inventory, products and materials, and other supplies used in the operation of the franchise facility should be ordered in our Commissary. Though, some supplies can be purchaesd in accordance of our franchisor’s Approved Supplies through our Approved Suppliers List.

Q. How much investment is needed to acquire a Rai Rai Ken Franchise?

Initial inevestment starts with P4Million to P7Million, to this covers the franchise fee, cost of store construction/ renovation, equipment, furniture and fixtures, pre-opening expenses and initial inventory.

Q. What other fees will be collected during the term of my franchise?

Franchise shall pay the Franchisor a Royal Fee equal to five (5) percent of total collected sales less Value Added Tax, and franchise shall contribute to Rai Rai Ken’s Marketing Support Fund equal to Two (2) percent of the Gross sales.

Q. Who will provide the store design and the construction of the building?

Rai Rai Ken Foods Corporation will provide the standard store design and layout. Construction of the building depends on the Franchisee, he/ she may opt to employ our recommended contractor or a choice of their own, provided that they meet requirements and standards set up by the Franchisor.
